There is a difference between signing up and buying in.
Actually there are lots of differences.
Here are a few that hit me tonight…
Signing up doesn’t have to cost you anything. Buying in can cost you everything.
Signing up gives you an out in case it get’s hard. Buying in is something you do even though you know it will be hard.
Signing up is for the curious. Buying in is for the committed.
Signing up is something you do because everyone else is doing it. Buying in is something you do even though others don’t want to.
Signing up is a neat idea because you have nothing else going on. Buying in is found in your passionate response to bring change.
Signing up fills a space on your calendar to replace boredom. Buying in takes over your calendar to act on the burden your heart feels.
